Pre orders Policy
All items are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland.
Pre orders are used to keep our collection low cost and ensure we have current “on-trend” items in store. By placing a pre order with MIA Nation, it means the item has not been released yet or is made to order.
Pre orders take approximately 3-5 weeks to be dispatched. This time frame doesn’t include delays that are out of our hands; shipping delays, public holidays, production delays etc. We do our best to ensure delays are kept to a minimum.
All items vary in turnaround times. Please allow 6 weeks before contacting us on an update.
Please note: We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice, and alter information at any given time.

How will I know if my order is on its way? All of our orders are processed via our safe and secure website. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information (where applicable). Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to show up on the Australia Post Trackable website. Pre order Cancellation Unfortunately, we charge a $10.50 cancellation fee. This is to cover fees that are non-refundable to us; Paypal /Credit Merchant, covers website/sales fee's and reselling fee's. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Please read: Once ordered from our Pre orders, you are committed to purchase from MIA Nation, under the mentioned guidelines and agree to above turnaround timeframes. You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for timeframes.

Postage and Handling
One Item Only - not tracked, postage is FLAT RATE - $4.00 (If this option is chosen and more than one item ordered the item will not be sent!
For all standard orders Under $80, postage is FLAT RATE - $8.50
For all standard orders $80 or more, postage is FREE! ( Australian Residents Only )
EXPRESS POST IS $15.00 Australia Wide.
All parcels will be issued with a tracking number New Zealand orders under are charged a flat rate of $12.95AUD for shipping. These orders are sent via express post with a tracking number.
These rates exclude Postage for bulky Décor Items. Please contact for shipping costs. Some items can be shipped direct from the manufacturer, providing FREE shipping.
Once your items have left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products. Express Post will not alter preorder timeframes if your order contains a preorder item. Orders which contain in stock and preorder items will not be separated unless extra postage is paid by request.
As per Australia Post Guidelines, you need to wait up to the full 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. Please note - Scanning a trackable parcel is conducted at AP locations and lack of tracking registration may be due to their system errors or issues out of our control. If you have been issued a tracking, but no information is showing within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact Australia Post directly and follow their instructions on how to lodge an enquiry.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns MIA Nation has a 14 day returns policy. This is from the delivery date from Australia Post. If your item is a pre order item, then our policy is 14 days from when you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We do not refund on items other than deemed faulty, and the fault is not that of your own. You will be responsible for the return postage costs to us and then for the exchanged item to be returned back to you. Please email email@example.com within 14 days with your order number and any photos within 14 days of receiving item.
Refunds We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. This includes any Pre order items. For unavailable pre orders, we may offer a refund, credit or exchange for the unavailable item at our discretion. All of our items are inspected thoroughly prior to leaving us, but if the unfortunate event occurs, we will happily exchange or, at our discretion, we may offer refund if a replacement is unavailable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved for refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for this payment to appear in your account.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com for postal details. In the event of a fault, we will refund the cost of shipping to have the item returned. This is refunded once the item/items have been inspected and declared faulty. Please note - No refunds are applicable on shipping costs initially sent to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
